Keith’s credentials are extensive and focused on environmental management and sustainable business as a Professional Engineer and Environmental Practitioner, in addition to a double master’s degree graduate of Science and Business Administration from the Universities of Guelph and Calgary, respectively. Keith has developed a broad skill set in performing analyses of emissions markets across Canada, with over 10 years of experience in the environment industry. Working closely with project developers and personally completing countless quantification exercises, Keith is amongst Canada’s foremost experts on quantifying GHG emissions, reporting, and projects development. Keith has been a key contributor, and developer of Alberta’s offset quantification and trade system, working with federal policy makers in providing guidance on federal greenhouse gas strategies and offset systems.
Much of Keith’s work focuses on project management, business development, and client service management, contributing a great deal of his technical and market expertise to players across regulatory and voluntary markets in Canada. Since 2005, Keith has worked closely with Dave LaBarre and Robert Andrews to make Baseline Emissions, now Blue Source Canada a leader in the industry for environmental credits.
